quia ipse nobis mandavit, ut ad hunc modum oraremus [oremus], promisitque se nos exauditurum esse.  Amen Amen, id est, vere, certe, haec ita fient

et ut tandem, cum hora mortis venerit, felicem vitae exitum nobis largiatur, nosque pro sua gratuita bonitate ex hac miseriarum valle ad se in coelum recipat
